Procedures for Applying for MBA Scholarships for

Part-time Students 

Financial aid is awarded in February for the following academic year beginning in Summer Session I and continuing through Spring. Students must apply each year to be considered for scholarship funds. Applications are valid for one year only.

Requirements:

•  Students must have Regular Student Status. Associate students may not receive financial aid of any type through the College of Business & Economics,

•  Deadline for Financial Aid Applications is February 16 for aid in the following academic year. Students who apply later then February 16 may not be considered for aid due to limited funds.

•  All Financial Aid Applications must include a copy of the tuition reimbursement policy from your Employee's Handbook. If you firm does not have an Employee's Handbook, you must include an original letter from your supervisor stating that your company does not reimburse for tuition expenses.

•  An estimate of the number of courses that you will be taking during the academic year must also be included. If possible, please note when you plan to take the courses e.g. 1 course in Summer Session I, 2 courses in Fall, 1 course in Spring. You do not need to list specific courses

Any application which does not include the employer's tuition reimbursement policy and an estimate of courses will not be considered for financial aid until it is complete.
