GRADUATION POLICY
Lehigh has only one graduation ceremony each year in May, however, students may now receive diplomas in September and January. If you plan to graduate in September, you must complete your graduation audit and paperwork by July 1 st . If you plan to graduate in January, you must complete your graduation audit and paperwork by November 1. May graduates should submit paper work no later than March 1st.
Please call our office at 610-758-4450 as soon as you have completed registration for your final courses so that we can do a graduation audit for you . All graduation paperwork will be mailed to the address listed in banner so please be sure to keep your personal web page updated. Please remember that all prerequisites must be completed before you can graduate and You must be a registered student in the term in which you graduate . If you do not plan on registering for courses in either the summer or fall semesters, you will be subject to a one credit hour “Maintenance of Candidacy” charge of $630.
Students receiving their diplomas in September and January may opt to participate in the May graduation ceremonies. Students who are completing their degree over the summer may petition to “walk” in the previous May graduation.
