message from Dean BrownPART-TIME MBA PROGRAM HIGHLY RANKEDUllamco laboris nisi duis aute irure dolor eu fugiat nulla pariatur.Associate Dean Andrew Ward and I are excited to share the results of the 2011 Bloomberg Businessweek biennial ranking of part-time MBA programs. The magazine ranked Lehigh's program 15th nationally and the third best in the Mid-Atlantic region! Since Bloomberg Businessweek's inaugural ranking of part-time MBA programs in 2007, Lehigh has been recognized for having one of the highest performing part-time MBA programs at the national and regional levels. The rankings methodology is based on separate measures of student-satisfaction, academic quality, and post graduation outcomes. The details of the student survey given to recent and upcoming MBA graduates are especially interesting to us, as they provide important feedback concerning all aspects of the program. We are particularly proud that of the top-ranked 25 part-time MBA programs, our students “graded” us with an A+ in 3 critical categories: teaching quality, caliber of classmates, and curriculum. This distinction was only shared by 4 other highly ranked schools: UCLA, Carnegie Mellon, Michigan and Texas-Austin. Additionally, one hundred percent of Lehigh respondents seeking to change careers said the program was “completely” responsible for them achieving their career goals. We are thankful for this recognition as we continue to enhance our program offerings with a focus on a global business perspective. We remain ever-watchful to ensure that our MBA program provides our students with a challenging and relevant curriculum, adds value to their current positions, and paves the way for attaining their future professional and personal goals. You may want to take a moment and view our latest video (select “Lehigh MBA Experience” from the video menu) that captures some of the students and professors that are at the core of our highly-ranked Lehigh MBA program. We hope you enjoy it! Best, |
