Bursar Payment Worksheet: Must be completed and submitted to the Bursar's Office by Lehigh Undergraduate Students who are applying for student loans, and/or will be receiving outside financial assistance. Undergraduate Four Payment Plan: For Lehigh Students who would like to pay their semester charges in four equal installments. The first installment of 25% must be submitted with the application in order to be considered. No previous semester charges nor non-registration charges (eg phone, parking tickets, photocopy charges) can be included in your calculations. Meal Plan Change Request Form: Lehigh Students who would like to add a meal plan, change or delete their current meal plan must complete and submit this form.	Meal Plan Form (PDF Form)

GoldPLUS Form: For Lehigh Students who would like to open a new or deposit funds into their existing GoldPLUS account. This form will give you the option to pay by credit card or to charge it to the student's Bursar account.	GoldPLUS Form (PDF Form)
