RAMP Award Ceremony

December 7, 2012
PA Governor Tom Corbett was in attendance at a National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute (NAMII) event on December 4 to announce the winners of the first Research for Advanced Manufacturing in Pennsylvania (RAMP) program awards.
The RAMP program is managed by Carnegie Mellon University in collaboration with Lehigh University and is funded through the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development's "Discovered in PA, Developed in PA" (D2PA) program, which was created by the Corbett Administration. D2PA is dedicated to increasing economic opportunity in the commonwealth by seeding innovative ideas that promote entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and outreach.
