Lehigh University Aquatic Ecosystems Program
The
purpose of the Aquatic Ecosystems Program (AEP) is to advance the understanding
of aquatic systems through research and education. Our multi-disciplinary
approach includes long-term investigations, such as in the Pocono Comparative
Lakes Program (PCLP), while the scope of
our research often takes us to many parts of the world. Each member of
the research team carries out investigations to provide a perspective on
one of the following questions:

How have lakes changed over geological time scales?

How might global change affect aquatic systems?

How do human activities influence aquatic systems?
