Each participating athlete is issued an identification number (i.e. T1, T2...). This will be used as an identification number for Cross Country, Indoor and Outdoor Track. The identification number is used for the locker, laundry bag and travel bag.
-Laundry bags will be issued at the beginning of the season. The following articles will be issued: 1 towel, 1 pair athletic socks, 1 grey T-shirt, 1 supporter/sport bra and 1 brown running short.
-DO NOT put any personal items in the laundry bag. Make sure that the laundry bag is closed properly before placing it in the laundry drop location.
-The laundry bags will be picked-up to be washed as scheduled. They will be placed back in the appropriate delivery area the next day.
-At the end of the season, ALL items issued must be turned in within five working (5) days. If not, a bill will be submitted to the Bursar's Office. ANY OF THE ITEMS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR FORGOTTEN WILL BE REPLACED AT A CHARGE.
-The following articles will be issued at the beginning of each athletes career: 1 grey hooded sweat shirt, 1 brown sweat pant and travel suit. These items are issued to you for your career. These are yours to keep following your senior year of competition. If you leave the team for any reason prior to this, it is your responsibility to return those items. If not, a bill will be submitted to the Bursar’s Office.
-The following items will be issued at the beginning of each season: 1 warm-up top and 1 warm-up bottom. These items are your responsibility for the entire season. These items, along with career issue, should be removed from your travel bag following each away match/meet.
-Replacement of items will be made when old items become worn out. A one for one exchange will occur when for example: socks are worn out or a t-shirt becomes torn. ANY OF THE ITEMS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR FORGOTTEN WILL BE REPLACED AT A CHARGE. A bill will be forwarded to the Bursar’s Office at the end of the season.
-The day before a home contest, those players participating in the event will find a travel bag placed in Taylor Gym/Rauch Fieldhouse. The following articles will be packed: 1 towel, 1 pair athletic socks, 1 singlet, 1 meet brown shorts.
-After the meet, place the towel, socks, singlet and brown shorts into the travel bag. IMMEDIATELY put the travel bag in the appropriate location designated by the head coach. Please remove all personal items prior to returning your travel bag.
-The travel bags will be picked up, inventoried and washed. If an issued item is not returned, the head coach will be notified immediately. If these items are not returned by the end of the season, a bill will be sent to the Bursar’s Office.
-You may wish to pack your grey hooded sweat shirt, brown sweat pants, long sleeve grey t-shirt into your travel bag for both home and away contests. This will be your responsibility to unpack. Items left in your travel bag will not be accessible until the next meet.
-The day before departure for an away contest, a travel bag will be placed in Taylor Gym/Rauch Field House for those players participating in that contest. The following articles will be packed: 1 towel, 1 pair athletic socks, 1 meet brown shorts, 1 singlet. Each athlete should check to make sure that these items have been packed. The athlete should pack any personal items needed.
-Upon return to Taylor Gym, all personal items should be taken out of the travel bag. The travel bag should then be zipped shut and IMMEDIATELY placed in the drop-off closet. The travel bags will be picked up, inventoried and washed. If an issued item is not returned, the head coach will be notified immediately. If these items are not returned by the end of the season, a bill will be sent to the Bursar’s Office.
-All items issued to you for practice or game are the property of Lehigh University. Failure to turn these items in after a game or at the end of the season will result in a letter, to you, explaining what is missing. The items or a check made out to "Lehigh University" in the amount that is due must be made within five working (5) days. If not, a detailed bill will be submitted to the Bursar's Office.
-Please keep up your locker and the area around your locker. No food or drinks should be left in your locker.
-If you have any problems with equipment, don't wait 5 minutes before a practice or game. Give yourself and the equipment manager ample time to fix or exchange your equipment.
-Varsity House parking-All athletes should park in the parking lot located north of the Varsity House. Parking is NOT allowed on the south side of the Varsity House.
