What is S.T.A.R. ?
S.T.A.R. (Students That Are Ready) is an early intervention program designed to enrich and enhance the academic performance of economically and academically disadvantaged and/or at-risk 8th through 12th grade students from the Lehigh Valley. S.T.A.R. Academy serves as a comprehensive school-university-business-parent partnership initiative.
Tutor/Mentor Volunteers are needed for the 2012-2013 academic year. If you are a undergraduate or graduate student in good academic standing and wish to make a difference in a young person's life, apply today.
