Scholarships, Financial Aid, and Refund Policy

Lehigh field camp students have three scholarship opportunities.  All students,
not just those from Lehigh can apply:

(4) ExxonMobil Field Camp Scholarships. – these become available typically in early February

Driving

Field camp needs responsible student drivers. Ideally, everyone pitches in.
Some students enjoy driving more than others.  These students should mark
driving as their top priority on the registration form. 

If you have an good driving record,  and all approved drivers
are required to agree to the following camp rules:

· you must be available as the designated driver for at least one town night

· you must be respectful of others

· you must share in driving for the entire camp - some exceptions handled on a case by case basis.

So, to get the process started in identifying drivers, please print out this form and and fill it in. 
NEXT, make a high resolution photocopy of your drivers license. 

LAST, mail your driver's license and the filled-out form to:

REFUND POLICY:

(1) If you are NOT ACCEPTED into the course, we will REFUND your $100 application check.

(2) If you are ACCEPTED into the course, the $100 application check is NOT REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES,
but of course will be applied to the balance of your full payment.

(3) If you are ACCEPTED into the course and have paid in full, we WILL REFUND YOU IN FULL (less the $100 application fee)
should you not be able to attend the course as long as we receive notification on or before 01 April, 2013.

(4) If you are ACCEPTED into the course and have paid in full, we will REFUND YOU HALF OF THE COURSE FEE
(less the $100 application fee) should you not be able to attend the course as long as we receive notification between
02 April and 01 May, 2013.  In this case, should the student wish to attend camp the following year, we will apply the
non-refunded balance towards the following year's payment.

(5) If you are ACCEPTED into the course and have paid in full, we will NOT REFUND YOU at all should you not be able to attend
the course if we receive no notification or notification on or after 01 May, 2013. In this case, should the student wish to attend camp
the following year, we will apply the non-refunded balance towards the following year's payment.
