The department's main research clusters are in topology, algebra, number theory and geometry, and we contribute to the teaching across the whole range of mathematics. Candidates should have completed or be very near the completion of a PhD (or have equivalent experience), be keen to participate with one or more of the research clusters and be willing to work as part of a team. The one year temporary lectureship is tenable from 1 October 2007 for one year.
