permission to attend the American Regions Math League contest at Penn State
University on May 29-30, 2009. I have read the letter to parents
describing the trip.  Also, I give permission to have photos and video 
images of my child included on a DVD about the LV ARML team, which might 
be available for eventual purchase or as a gift for donors.  No personal 
profit would be made by anyone from the sale of these DVDs. Any profits 
would go toward covering the team's expenses.
