Subject: Two-sided cobar construction

I'm inquiring as to whether anyone has defined a two-sided categorical cobar
construction. It would be dual to the two-sided bar construction in May's "The
Geometry of Iterated Loop spaces".

I have such a construct in my latest paper but would rather not reinvent the
wheel (something I've done in the past...).
