thank you for your answers. I did not look closer over them, but it the 
follwing true? The product of two homotopy spheres has always a trivial 
normal vector bundle, because both factors have? Does this mean that a 
manifold homotopic to a product of spheres id not necessarily 
diffeomorphic of exotic spheres?
Does CP^n admit such exotic structures?
