Subject: Neil's question Date: 08 Apr 2004 08:51:21 -0500 From: Bill Dwyer To: Don Davis CC: dwyer.1@nd.edu There's something about the relationship between free actions and fibrations in Dror, Dwyer, and Kan, Equivariant maps which are self homotopy equivalences, Proc. A. M. S. 80(1980), 670-672. It's all simplicial, though. There's a more elaborate version that takes fixed point data into account in a later paper called "Reducing equivariant homotopy theory to the theory of fibrations." Bill
