A few years ago Martin Tangora offered to the Algebraic Topology Discussion List 
spare copies of the mimeographed notes of the 1968 Chicago Circle Algebraic Topology 
Conference.
The individual papers have now been scanned in, and are available from

There is also a memorial notice about the conference organizer,

with tributes from his friends and collaborators.
