Manages projects (administrative, research, and representative efforts) including both permanent and limited-term/special projects put forth and/or supported by the Office of the Provost.


Office of Academic Outreach, Department Coordinator (November 2010-November 2013)

  • Coordinated and administered multidisciplinary pre-college (K-12) academic programs, which served the youth of the Greater Lehigh Valley. Provided administrative support to department and to leadership with high level organizational skills and diverse technical skill sets such as, created/maintained/manipulated databases for the various programs; created and maintained websites for the department and various programs along with desk top publishing. Worked as the administrative liaison with other departments and administrators throughout the university on various programs and initiatives.


Office of Academic Outreach, Administrative Secretary (June 2000- November 2010)

  • Set up and maintained administrative office systems and procedures for newly created department; enhanced and added systems and procedures as needed; supervised student staff; served as payroll coordinator, building monitor, and administrative computing team liaison for department.


President/Provost Office, Administrative Secretary (April 1998- June 2000)

  • Provided administrative support to assistant provost; maintained calendar; prepared letters for mailings; created and distributed necessary documents for various events and meetings; responsible for office supply inventory for both President and Provost Offices; assisted Secretary to the President with other duties as assigned.
