About me:
I am a Ph.D. student in the Department of Economics, Lehigh University. I am in the Economics Job Market and will be at the AEA Meetings in New Orleans, January 2008. My research lies in the area of health economics, with a focus on issues related to the pharmaceutical markets: the influence of the proportion of Medicaid patients out of the total number of patients for a drug on its price; the effect of advertising on a drug's market share and on the total market size for a specific therapeutic category; and also the impact of direct to consumer advertising on health outcomes.
