I am a graduate student in the Masters of Science in Instructional Technology program in the College of Education at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

I grew up in Laurys Station, Pennsylvania, a small town in the suburbs of Allentown. I graduated in 2002 from the Parkland School District. While at Parkland, I was a member of numerous choral ensembles at Troxell Junior High (currently called Orefield Middle School) and Parkland High School. I was selected to be a member of the Lehigh County Chorus Festival from 2000-2002 and the District 10 Chorus in 2002. While I grew up, I attended St. John's United Church of Christ in Allentown and was involved in youth activites, music ensembles, the most recent pastoral search committee, and served as a youth delegate for the Penn Northeast Conference of the UCC.

In May of 2006 I graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, North Carolina and with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. While at L-RC, I was in the A Cappella Choir, College Singers, Handbell Ensemble, Pep Band, Kappa Delta Pi (International Education Honors Society), and Broyhill Fellowship Leadership Program. During my senior year, I conducted my teacher education practicum at Harry M. Arndt Middle School and St. Stephens High School in Catawba County.

In my free time I enjoy tinkering with computers and other forms of technology, watching TV, and rooting for my favorite sports teams.
