Diffusion of Democracy is a research project centered on examining the causes of democratization, with a special emphasis on the postulated role of international trade in affecting the process. The research project was underaken in the Fall semester1999 in an experimental seminar, IR 127 (Research in International Relations). The syllabus is available, in rough form, here.
