You know from living in Florida and from your marine science background that shark attacks have happened before.  But just how likely is it to be attacked by a shark?  And how frequently each year do attacks occur?  

You know that the University of Florida has done some thorough research in shark attacks, so you take a look at their web site on the subject.  Be sure to record any data you might be able to use in your article.  Write down how this evidence can be used to inform your readers and help explain why this might have happened.  Also, propose a solution to help prevent future shark attacks.
