Housing - updated for Summer 2012

University housing is available during both summer sessions for undergraduate and graduate students who register for classes.  Applications may be requested from the Office of Residential Services beginning April 1st.  An advance deposit of $75 is required to reserve housing.  The deposit is non-refundable except in the case where a student notifies the Office of Residential Services prior to check-in day of the contracted session that they will not be registering for classes.

Summer session housing rates per person are $530 per session for double occupancy and $610 per session for single occupancy.  Single accommodations are limited and not guaranteed.  Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.  All rates include daily custodial service to public areas, staffing by Gryphons, an Assistant Director of Residence Life, and security patrols.
