BIO
Most of Carol Ham’s career was spent in the Training and Development field. Initially, Carol was a Business Education teacher in the Pennsylvania public school system, but then she quickly transitioned to adult learning in the corporate environment. While working for a management consulting firm, Carol facilitated leadership workshops for companies in various industry groups throughout the United States.
Carol joined Lehigh University in 2005 and has managed the Professional Education programs and contributed to the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program. Carol is currently the Director of International Internships within the Office of International Affairs, which she feels is very rewarding because it provides Lehigh University students opportunities to work abroad.
