CARYL OBERMAN, ESQ., has, for more than 30 years, concentrated her practice on the legal needs of persons with disabilities and gifted students, teaching, lecturing and publishing extensively in the areas of civil rights, education rights and estate planning. She serves as a hearing officer for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Her firm is located in Montgomery County PA.
