LORRIE MCKINLEY, ESQ., is a partner in the law firm of McKinley & Ryan, LLC, a plaintiffs’ civil rights firm in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Ms. McKinley is a 1984 graduate of the Temple University School of Law. She has spent the majority of her career litigating civil rights cases, with a special emphasis on disability, due process, employment, and education law. She lectures frequently on topics involving civil rights litigation and employment, disability, and special education law.
