JANE WILLIAMS, ESQ. is a partner in the law firm of Sweet-Stevens, Katz & Williams, LLP, a group of attorneys engaged in the practice of education and employment law in New Britain. Ms. Williams has been practicing law for twenty-five years, primarily in litigation areas. Her current areas of concentration are special education and pupil services law. She lectures on special education and other education-law related topics throughout the state, and represents school districts in administrative and court hearings and proceedings. Ms. Williams received her J.D. from the Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia, and her B.A. from Northwestern University, Illinois. She served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Kane, Judge of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas. Ms. Williams is a member of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association, and Bucks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
