GABRIELLE SERENI , ESQ., has devoted her legal career to the practice of special education law. Prior to joining McAndrews Law Offices, Ms. Sereni represented public school districts in all aspects of education law from administrative special education due process hearings through appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She currently represents disabled children and their families on the federal court level in special education matters. Ms. Sereni lectures regularly on a variety of topics and before a variety of audiences in the area of special education law.

Ms. Sereni is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University (B.A.), the University of Pennsylvania (M.S.Ed) and Villanova Law School (J.D.) She taught high school English in the Delaware County public school system prior to attending law school. She served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert F. Kelly, United States District Judge, after graduating law school.

Ms. Sereni has been selected to "Pennsylvania Superlawyer Rising Stars" in both 2006 and 2007 representing the top 2.5% of all lawyers under 40 or in practice less than 10 years in the Commonwealth in a joint project of Law and Politics and Philadelphia Magazine.
