ANDRIA B. SAIA, ESQ., is a shareholder and attorney at the Levin Legal Group, P.C.. Her practice consists primarily of representing School Districts across Pennsylvania in all aspects of school law, ranging from due process administrative proceedings to civil rights litigation in federal court, with a concentration in special education litigation. Mrs. Saia has presented at many seminars catering to the educational community, and also provides in-service training for School Districts on special education issues. She is currently working towards her M.Ed. in Special Education at West Chester University. Mrs. Saia is a member of the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations, and sits on the Advisory Board of the Willistown Country Day School, a Montessori school in Chester County.
