KARL ROMBERGER, ESQ., practices in the area of labor and employment, particularly representing schools in general education , disabilities, civil rights matters, administrative hearings and appeals, and• state and federal courts at all levels. Karl also has developed and presented further education seminars for education and special education law, including IEP development, due process hearings, and Section 504 student accommodations.
Before Fox Rothschild Karl served as a law clerk for the Hon. E. Mac Troutman for the U.S. District Court, E.D. Pennsylvania. He also worked as a Pennsylvania Special Education Hearing Officer. At The Dickinson School of Law, Karl was recipient of the Comparative Law Award, board member of The Dickinson Journal of International Law, and summer intern at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law in Vienna.
As an undergraduate, Karl was inducted in the Phi Alpha Theta History honor society and studied abroad in Scotland.
