PHILIP J. MURREN , ESQ. is a partner in the Law Firm of Ball, Murren & Connell in Camp Hill, PA. He has practiced with that firm continuously since 1975, upon his admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Murren is a graduate of LaSalle University and of the Villanova University School of Law. He is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States and of the Bars of various Federal District Courts and United States Courts of Appeals located throughout the country.

He has served as an elected or appointed municipal official in various capacities since 1989, and currently serves as solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Camp Hill. He also serves as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Murren’s practice has included his appearance as counsel in more than 20 cases that have been filed in the Supreme Court of the United States, involving constitutional issues and education law issues. His firm has served as counsel to the Pennsylvania Catholic Conference since 1968.
