LINDA J. FUSCO, ESQ., is a dynamic attorney who has practiced in the field of general education and special education law for more than 15 years. She holds a Bachelors degree in Special Education and Elementary education; a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education and earned her Law degree from Villanova University School of Law. Her business, Legal/Educational Consulting and Staff Development provides proactive consultative and staff development services to hundreds of school districts, intermediate units, parent groups and educational facilities. Linda Fusco also serves as an independent IEP Facilitator and piloted the IEP Facilitation program in Pennsylvania. Linda has a knack for rebuilding relationships and solving problems in the toughest cases. Most of cases she facilitates are positively resolved without going to due process. Linda also observes in inclusion settings and assists teams in the development of educational plans for differentiation and accommodations to ensure meaningful inclusive experiences. As a former special education teacher, she brings a practical perspective to the law. Her extensive experience in numerous educational and legal arenas has made her a much sought-after speaker.

As a noted authority in the area of Inclusion, Mrs. Fusco has been featured in a public television program on the topic. She shares her positive, proactive approach with thousands of teachers, parents and administrators every year. Moreover, she is revered as an expert in the development of meaningful, measurable IEPs.
