GRACE M. DEON , ESQ., is a shareholder with the Bucks County law firm of Eastburn and Gray, P.C., where she limits her practice to Special Education, Employment and Commercial litigation. Ms. Deon has tried cases before federal and state tribunals, argued at the appellate level and appeared before a variety of administrative agencies, including the Office for Dispute Resolution, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and the Bureau of Unemployment Compensation. Ms. Deon has represented school districts in numerous due process hearings. She regularly advises clients, including publicly traded corporations, local companies and school districts, about a variety of issues related to special education and employment law. In addition, she conducts in-house training for management, school district administrators and staff. Ms. Deon graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Philosophy and received her J.D. from Temple University School Law, where she was recognized for “Distinguished Class Performance in Trail Advocacy”. Ms. Deon has participated as a presenter at seminars on a variety of topics, conducted by the Bucks County Bar Association, the Bucks County Inn of Court and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
