SANDRA L. LASCARI, ESQ., has law offices located in Madison, New Jersey. She has been an attorney for over fifteen years litigating both civil and criminal matters. Her practice specializes in the representation of parents of children with disabilities, juveniles, guardianships, and related matters. Admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, Ms. Lascari is a former Morris County Assistant Prosecutor, Rotary Graduate Scholar, and 1995 Pegasus Scholar, awarded by the American Inns of Court, and Inner Temple in London, England. A member of the Special Education Law Practitioner’s Committee she has written and lectured on various legal topics. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at Kean University. Ms. Lascari received her B.A. from Drew University and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She was Law Secretary to the Honorable Fredrick P. Kentz, Superior Court of New Jersey, General Equity, Chancery Division.
