CHARLES W. JELLEY, ESQ. has an LL.M. in Health Law, having graduated from the University of Leola School of Law, Institute for Health Law in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Jelley was the Co-Editor of the Institute's first law journal, The Annuals of Health Law. Following graduation, Mr. Jelley was a health care consultant to the Chiropractic Legal Defense Fund, in Englewood, Colorado. In April 1993, he joined the firm of Tremba & Moreman and resumed his practice in Westmoreland County. Mr. Jelley focuses in areas of children's issues, school law, juvenile justice, children and youth services, employment, health law, disability law, employee benefits/ERISA and legislative analysis. Mr. Jelley has over ten years of experience working for not-for-profit boards. He is the former Executive Director of the Association of Retarded Citizens, Westmoreland County. He served as Solicitor for the Westmoreland County American Red Cross and as Solicitor for the Westmoreland Case Management & Supports, Inc. Programs. He also serves as a case editor of the Westmoreland County Law Review and is a member of the Bar Association Rules Publications Committee and is a past Co-Chairperson of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Exceptional Children's Committee.
