Upper Ulrich Student Organization Office and Storage Space

The Lehigh University Student Senate is pleased to announce that we are able to provide our student organizations with a limited amount of office and storage space in Upper Ulrich!
Upper Ulrich will feature shared office space for 10 student organizations. Each organization will have access to a computer and a lockable file cabinet. The storage spaces range from assorted file cabinets to counter cabinets.
Organizations interested in applying for a space should fill out the application and submit it to the Office of Student Activities via e-mail at instuact@lehigh.edu.

 

club resource center

The Club Resource Center is available for Student Senate recognized clubs and organizations and includes items such as a copy machine, laminating machine, computer, printer, banner paper, and other supplies for free. This new space will also feature the opportunity for student organizations to utilize the Student Leadership Trainers (SLTs) office and their office hours. The SLTs are student leaders trained in group facilitation skills and are well versed in topics relevant to student organizations.

Organizations interested in applying for a space should read the policies and procedures and fill out the application. Completed applications can be submitted to the Office of Student Activities via e-mail at instuact@lehigh.edu.

1. Make Club Affairs a better resource for Senate Recognized Clubs
2. Reconstruct Forums into useful Club Workshops
3. Help ensure prosperity to all clubs

Goal 1:   Make Club Affairs a better resource for Senate Recognized Clubs
Action Steps:

1. Assign each club a Club Affairs liaison
2. Club Affairs liaison will meet with each club
3. Liaisons would always be of help to clubs
4. One-on-one Club Help can be provided to troubled clubs
5. Provide resources to other outlets when needed

Goal 2:  Reconstruct Forums into useful Club Workshop
Action Steps:

1. Host Club Presidents’ Dinner
2. Have liaisons meet their assigned clubs
3. Inquire information about improving forums
4. Execute
5. Revise forums/workshops if needed

Goal 3:  Help Ensure Prosperity to all Clubs
Action Steps:

1. Catch the clubs before they fall
2. Meet with troubled clubs one-on-one
3. Pay additional attention to Trial Clubs
4. Encourage co-sponsorship on club events
5. Seek out club issues and resolve them
