2015-2016 Catalog Revisions

The Leepfrog CourseLeaf catalog tool will be available for catalog revisions for the 2015-2016 Catalog as of March 2, 2015.

The completion date for all revisions for the 2015-2016 Catalog is Friday, May 15, 2015.

Faculty information is maintained by the Office of the Provost. Corrections to faculty information should be submitted via this online form. Please note: Name changes must be completed by Human Resources.

Reminder: All changes to Course Lists and Plan of Study Grids must be submitted through the CIM Course and Curriculum approval process.

The Office of the University Registrar has set aside a number of dates for "CourseLeaf Review Workshop" sessions. These sessions are designed to:

  • Reintroduce you to the tools available within the Leepfrog CourseLeaf catalog product.
  • Give you dedicated workshop time to work on your department's catalog revisions in the presence of a catalog administrator who will be able to assist you and answer your questions.

Workshops will be held on the following dates:

  • Monday, March 2* from 9:00-10:30AM, RB 050
  • Wednesday, March 18* from 3:00-4:30PM, ST 121
  • Tuesday, March 24 from 2:45-4:00PM, IA A122
  • Thursday, April 9* from 9:00-10:30AM, GR 028
  • Monday, April 13 from 9:00-10:30AM, ST 121
  • Tuesday, April 21 from 3:00-4:30PM, RB 050
  • Wednesday, April 22 from 1:30-3:00PM, ST 121

Seating in the workshops is limited; however, you may sign up for multiple workshops, if necessary.

*These workshops will include 45 minutes of time devoted to the CIM system during the second half of the session. Catalog Workshop participants are welcome to stay during the CIM portion to continue work on catalog revisions.
