Important Fiscal Year End 2012-13 Info from Controller and Purchasing Offices

Dates for this week : Monday June 3rd.
Last day - To submit reallocations to clear future support indexes (2399XX indexes) to Payroll.
Last day - To submit requisitions for items that require competitive bidding to Purchasing. Friday, June 7th
Remaining payroll balances in future support indexes will be charged back to primary departmental indexes.

Request for Reimbursement Forms: Starting July 2nd, paper reimbursements can be used
only by students, adjuncts, and visiting employees. A new Request for Reimbursement
form has been developed for their use and you can obtain a supply by contacting
Marlene Peltz at MMP207 or 83140. Please do not ask an employee of the branch bank
to process a reimbursement unless it is for a student, adjunct, or visiting employee.
The use of "Drop Box" is becoming more and more common. This handy tool allows admins to add agendas and other documents needed for meetings and presentations. Resulting in their supervisors the ability to pull up the information on their laptops or ipads to view during a meeting in lieu of having stacks of paper. Going paperless to a meeting is in keeping with Lehigh's Sustainability Action Plan and other green initiatives.
