Office Hours

The Office of International Students & Scholars is open to students Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM and closed between 12:00PM and 1:00PM for lunch.

Immigration advising sessions (30 minutes each) with Gisela Nansteel, Director, and Jeanne T. Ma, International Student Advisor, are available as follows:

Appointment Hours

Monday - Tuesday: 1:30PM-4:00PM

Friday: 9:00AM-12:00PM

We strongly recommend that you call ahead of time to schedule an appointment.  However, you are welcome to stop by the office during walk-in hours if needed.  Walk-in hours are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1:30PM to 4:00PM.
