You may register by mail or online. Payment is required with a completed registration to secure a place for you in the course. A $300 deposit is required to hold a space for you in the class. If you are paying with a purchase order you do not have to pay the $300 deposit. Confirmation and receipts will be sent to you by email. Full payment is due by the start date of the course(s).
Registration deadline is May 5 for all specialized courses and June 5 for the SEM course. Please call for availability after the deadline.
Registration includes tuition, textbooks, lab notebooks, coffee breaks, and banquet.
All cancellations must be in writing and must be confirmed by a cancellation number. Please make sure you receive a cancellation number from Sharon Coe. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. There is a $300 processing fee for all cancellations. No cancellations after May 22. Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra charge with written notification prior to the start of the course(s). If payment, purchase order number, or letter of authorization for payment of tuition is not received by May 22, the University reserves the right to cancel admission. There is a $30 administrative fee for any changes to your registration after submission (addition or cancellation of meals or lodging). Cancellations for meals cannot be made after May 22. Cancellations for lodging must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for one night of lodging. Wire transfer charge: $25.
The Lehigh Microscopy School reserves the right to cancel courses, substitute lecturers, instrumentation, or change course content. In the event that a course is cancelled, registrants will be informed 30 days prior to the start of the course. If a course is cancelled for any reason you will be refunded all fees paid for tuition, lodging, and meals. The refund will be in the same form in which it was paid. Please do not purchase non-refundable airline tickets more than 21 days before the course. Should a course require cancellation, the Lehigh Microscopy School is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets.
There are a limited number of partial scholarships available for full-time graduate students. Please contact Sharon Coe for details.

The organizers reserve the right to change the instrumentation or sequence of lecture topics and to cancel lecturers or substitute lecturers if necessitated by circumstances beyond their control.
