How do I run Windows programs in Mac OS X?
Boot Camp or VMWare are two popular methods. (See the Windows on Mac page.)

How do burn a CD in Mac OS X?
Insert a blank CD or DVD. Drag Files or folders to the disc. Drag the disc icon to the Trash/Eject in the Dock, and choose the burn speed when prompted. (Yes, it's that easy! Note that this method creates a hybrid disk with HFS+, ISO9660 Rock Ridge and Joliet filesystems, that can be read on most Windows and Mac computers. There are alternative methods for creating more complex disc formats.)

How do Macs connect to the secure wireless network at Lehigh?
Using standard 802.11b/g and 802.1x secure authentication.
(See the Wireless section of the Networks page.)

How should I back up my important files?
The most comprehensive approach is to back up the entire hard drive, and to do so on a regular basis. Fortunately, Mac OS X Leopard's Time Machine feature provides a backup solution that is both simple and thorough. All that's required is a backup drive, and there are a wide variety of inexpensive USB 2.0 and FireWire external hard drives available to choose from today.

Time Machine not only backs up everything on your Mac, it remembers how your files looked on a given day. You can go "back in time" to restore a file as it was on a specific date, or use Time Machine to restore an entire computer. For more details about Time Machine, visit Apple's web site.
