Lehigh University Libraries

What Every New International Student Should Know

ELECTRONIC RESOURCES

The libraries carry a wide range of online resources accessible to you from anywhere: databases, journals, e-books, and reference resources such as dictionaries and encyclopedias. You can access these through MyLibrary or from the Library homepage. Lehigh's online catalog, ASA, helps you locate items as well.

Lehigh's online databases help you search for information on a topic. The Database Finder provides a listing of all the databases Lehigh subscribes to. You can limit your databases by topic area, full-text databases, or new databases.. Most of these databases offer the option of selecting articles by language and a few offer search interfaces and/or help guides in languages other than English.

Not sure which electronic resource work best for you? Don't forget to ask your librarians for assistance!

Many of these resources offer full text of the articles, but what if there's only an abstract? See Lehigh Doesn't Have It.
