In order to do the preliminary bibliography and then the survey of the literature for your assigned research paper it is suggested that you first make use of the Harvard Library's online catalog HOLLIS to identify book materials on your topic.Once you have found books that seem appropriate you will need to consult Lehigh's catalog ASA to determine which are available here at Lehigh. When you find materials using HOLLIS that don't appear in Lehigh's collection then use ILLiad our interlibrary loan system and PALCI, which is a direct borrowing service for books.
Regarding ILLiad and PALCI:

Newstran.com offers a "translation assistant" that allows you to put in a URL for a website and then select the languages to translate from and to.
Babel Fish from Altavista has service that allows you to either paste text into a box for translating or to enter a URL for a website translation. The same is true for the Google language tools.
