All new users requesting access to BANNER (NOT
Web for Faculty and Web for Employee) must attend BANNER Navigation Training
before an account will be granted.

BANNER Navigation Training
This is an initial training session that includes basic search and navigation techniques. An overview of Banner menus, icons, functions, shortcuts and preference settings is provided. This session is a prerequisite
for Student training.

BANNER Student Training
BANNER Navigation Training is a pre-requisite
for this session.
Learn how to locate information
specific to students including, but not limited to, program, college, graduation date, class schedule, grades, activities/clubs,
advisor, high school, prior college, sport information and academic
history.

Student Information Reporting from BANNER
Microsoft Access databases are available (with the required permissions) to easily access basic information needed by many departments. Included are labels, class rosters, student schedule, address information for mail
merges and more. You must have attended Navigation and
Student training sessions.

BANNER Finance Training
Two questions that Financial Managers care about are,
"What's my balance?" and "Where did I spend my money?" This training will answer those questions and will also include how to find account codes, track
encumbrances and invoices, checks and payment.

Web for Employee Training
This session will introduce you to the BANNER: Web for Employee. This self service application allows employees to view their payroll
information, as well as benefits, deductions and current time off balances. Web for Employee is also used for the annual benefits enrollment process.

Web for Faculty Training
The Web for Faculty self service application provides Lehigh faculty the ability to use a web browser to enter grades,
view a student’s transcript, see class schedules and class rosters
and review waitlist information.
