Welcome to the Office of International Programs! We administrate all distance courses for the College of Education at Lehigh University, making it possible for students from around the world to get an education from a top-ranked Education College that is committed to the working professionals that lead and cultivate international schools around the world.

The College of Education is one of the most selective national education colleges in the United States. We recruit the highest quality faculty and students from around the world in order to continuously challenge and broaden the scope of the program's educational experiences. Faculty members are committed to research that develops insight into contemporary education issues that speaks to pressing social needs using a scientist-practitioner model that translates bona fide research findings into best practices.

Our faculty collaborates directly with research centers, including the Lehigh-based Center for Research to Practice and The Center for Developing Urban Educational Leaders to cultivate and transform educational leadership in urban communities. Lehigh also partners with "The Centennial School," the only approved private school in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that works with children and youth with emotional disturbance without using seclusion time-out and physical restraint. As a Lehigh student, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with faculty to stretch and inspire, rethink and revalue your approach to education.

Reflecting Lehigh's commitment to diversity and multicultural education practices, International Programs offers students around the world the opportunity to participate in our programs using a hybrid model that employs online and on-site course delivery. Our top-notch programs include graduate degrees in:

We also offer Post-Baccalaureate Certificates specializing in:

• International Counseling,
• Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL),
• Special Education, and
• Pennsylvania Principal Certification.

Students interested in Professional Development Programs also have the opportunities to take courses with International Programs that may be tailored to the needs of your position, your institution, and your goals.
