Admissions

Thank you for your interest in our International Programs at the College of Education at Lehigh University. To pursue admission into our program, there are two options in applying for the program of your choice.

DEGREE PROGRAMS
Prospective students interested in pursuing a graduate degree must complete an application of regular “Degree Status.” Students may not to take classes unless they have been formally admitted into a degree-seeking program. Once you have been accepted into a graduate program, you will have one year to begin course work.

NON-DEGREE / CERTIFICATES PROGRAMS
Prospective students who are only interested in pursuing graduate credit without seeking a degree (post baccalaureate certificates, professional summer institutes or professional development credits) must complete a non-degree application for admission. Students may not take classes unless they have been formally admitted as a Non-Degree student.

A Non-Degree student is eligible to take a maximum of 15 graduate credits.  STUDENTS MUST BE ADMITTED BEFORE THEY CAN BE COUNTED FOR GRADUATE CREDIT.

SUMMER INSTITUTES
If students are intending to register for one of the SUMMER INSTITUTES, they must apply and be admitted as a Lehigh University graduate student.
