Established in 1925, the department is one of the oldest and most reputable Industrial Engineering departments in the country. ISE Programs Accredited by ABET
During the 2007-2008 academic school year, the ISE department undergraduate programs went through the accreditation process by the Accreditation Board for Engineering & Technology, Inc., (ABET). The bachelors in Industrial Engineering degree continued its accreditation. The bachelors in Information and Systems Engineering received its initial accreditation. Both programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, Inc.
