Fixed Spray Nozzles
This project will finish the design work for a new line of sprinkler deflection plates as well as develop a testing facility, in conjunction with the deflectors for spray pattern and distribution tests. The plates are being designed for outdoor industrial fire protection and tested against UL class VGYZ standards. Spray angle, distribution and corrosion resistance will be the three major design criteria. This data, along with considerations for production cost and ease of manufacturing will be assembled for use in a marketing strategy.
