Manufacturing Process Flow Diagram
The purpose of this project is to develop a process flow chart from point of order through point of shipment of finished product focusing on the various product line departments and their interaction. This project will consist of observing and analyzing the existing manufacturing process at Cardinal Systems. These findings will then be used to develop a process focusing on increased safety, ease and efficiency that can be used throughout the facility.
