Sharps Containment Device
This project entails designing a device that can capture the wide variety of needles (sharps) that are included in the surgical kits predominantly used for anesthesia procedures. This containment device must fit into the existing kit packaging and must engage multiple sharps while meeting materials constraints and tensile strength specifications. The usage should be intuitive, easy to find in the tray and very low cost.
