As the Communications Specialist, Amanda is responsible for creating the department newsletter, maintain and update the ISE website, coordinating events, assisting with ISE advancement, student/faculty/alumni relations and other activities. Amanda is a 2007 graduate of DeSales University with her B.A. in Communications. She joined the department in December 2008. ˆ

Ed supports all hands-on classroom and laboratory equipment associated with ISE and IE curriculums, consulting with faculty, staff, students and outside contracting firms on apparatus priorities that will enhance and inspire junior and senior engineers. He has been with the university since 1983, as a support for the Manufacturing Systems Engineering Program and Robotics/Automation. Ed is now a full time specialist in Manufacturing, being a member of the department since 1991. ˆ

Rita has been the ISE graduate coordinator for over 15 years. As the graduate coordinator, she is responsible for the application process, which begins with the initial inquiry from prospective graduate students, to processing the application, coordinating the offers of admission and assisting the grad students during the year. She works closely with other departments at Lehigh to coordinate various procedures such as course registration, and ensures that all departmental and university guidelines are followed. ˆ

As the ISE Department Coordinator, Kathy is responsible for processing and coordinating anything to do with undergraduate students within ISE, such as registration, class schedules, textbook orders, etc. She also works as an administrative assistant to the department chair and ensuring that the department runs smoothly. Kathy has been a member of the department for over 30 years. ˆ
