TIMS provides warranty, repair and installation services for Apple Macintosh (and selected Apple printers), Gateway2000, Zenith, Dell and IBM (except Aptiva) PC systems. Service is also available for Silicon Graphics workstation models O2 and Octane. These systems are the "LTS-recommended" computer systems for which service agreements are in place for parts, firmware upgrades, diagnostics, documentation and technical support services. If, however, you are using a non-Lehigh supported computer, you will need to use an outside service company for repairs, service, and upgrades.
The following list may be used as a reference for several local businesses which provide extensive computer service and support. It is only a partial list and none of these businesses are endorsed or affiliated with Lehigh University. We do not recommend any particular business. All provide in-house service while some will come to you to perform the repairs. Rates do not include cost of parts.
